Sadly, no links are available. I ran the show at this magazine for a year (2012-13)… as managing editor. Colloquy Speaks, a variant of the parent publication Colloquy is still in existence. It is a part of LoyaltyOne’s thought leadership platform that offers research and insights on loyalty and customer experience industry trends, as well as best-in-class content from LoyaltyOne and other industry-leading experts.
